We are seeking a Leasing Executive with a strong legal background to manage leasing activities and represent the company in tenant disputes and court cases. The role combines leasing expertise with knowledge of UAE tenancy laws to ensure smooth operations, legal compliance, and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage leasing activities, property tours, and tenant negotiations. Draft, review, and ensure compliance of lease agreements. Handle tenant disputes and represent the company in court cases. Conduct tenant application reviews and due diligence. Provide excellent customer service and resolve tenant concerns. Prepare leasing and legal reports for management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree , real estate, or a related field is preferred. Experience in leasing, property management, or real estate law. Knowledge of UAE tenancy laws and court procedures. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
