Mange the lease agreements/contracts such as signing new leases, ensure timely renewal of leases, attending to the leasing SRs as the KPIs, implement best industry practices to ensure quality services.
Follow the action plans resulted by the coordination with customer to understand customer requirements for improvement in continuous business leading to profitability & high level of customer satisfaction.
Support the team through effective co-ordination to ensure the allocation of all resources and implementation of appropriate standards and controls to ensure that all property Management service activities meet or exceed the customer expectations & Service Level Agreements.
Plan unit handover schedule and ensure timely handover of the unit to the client.
Responsible to refurbish a unit when a tenant vacates and keep the unit ready for leasing for prospective clients
Manage access control system for MBC
Maintain a daily record of handovers done and walk in customers met to ensure accurate record of all activities.
Prepare reports to provide the manager with timely information review of the property management activities.
To coordinate with respective business analysts, finance and ensure that all rental payments as per the lease agreements are processed on time and disbursed accordingly.
Coordinate with FM team to carry out regular Property Inspection/Access visits and site surveys as require by the client.
Co-ordinate with internal departments such as Technical, Safety & Security to be aware of policies and procedures for DMC.
Responsible for carrying out comprehensive investigation and reporting in case of incidents at DMC.
Ensure that the service provided is highest quality standard and meets with the Company's standards at all times.
Meet with prospective clients and provide details, terms and conditions for leasing.
Screening tenants and conducting background checks to finalize or cancel the lease.
Prepare leasing status report, audit report and other reports requested by management
Update CRM system and entered client details with property information
Liaise with legal on preparation and issuance of legal documents such as addendum and novation's for customers of DMC.
Supporting the Department team as and when required to ensure the overall customers satisfaction.
Any other responsibility as assigned by the Manager - DMC.
