. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring high occupancy rates, excellent tenant relations, and effective lease management across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full leasing process of units within managed buildings (residential & commercial)
Conduct regular property tours and viewings with prospective tenants
Maintain updated listings of available units and property information
Respond to leasing inquiries promptly and professionally (phone, email, walk-ins)
Negotiate lease terms and coordinate lease signing and documentation
Coordinate with maintenance team for unit readiness
Ensure proper handover of units to tenants (move-in/move-out inspections)
Achieve monthly leasing targets as set by management
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competition
Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, and closed deals
Ensure properties are presented professionally and in line with company standards
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in leasing or real estate (UAE experience preferred)
Strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE real estate market
Experience leasing in property-managed buildings is a strong advantage
Valid UAE Driving License (

Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
Strong communication in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
