Leasing Executive
Daily activities of the leasing department in accordance with Company's policies and standards. Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements. Completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service. Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Identifying problem areas and proactively improving performance of operational activities and issues. Negotiate the services provision of signature tenant lease agreements with clients and continue to lead relationship management with Key clients. * Build and maintain good relationships with Key clients and retail groups.
