We are hiring - Leasing Executive (Abu Dhabi)

Providential Properties Management is expanding!
We are looking for a

motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven Leasing Executive

to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all leasing inquiries and provide accurate property information to clients Conduct property viewings and coordinate with landlords and tenants Negotiate lease terms professionally to close deals efficiently Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction Prepare tenancy contracts and follow up on renewals and documentation Achieve monthly leasing targets and contribute to team performance

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in leasing or real estate (UAE experience is an advantage) Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory) Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market is a plus
