1. Lease Administration
Prepare, review, and process lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and termination documentation.
Ensure all lease data is accurately recorded and maintained in the property management system.
Track critical lease dates (e.g., expirations, renewals, rent reviews) and ensure timely action.
2. Financial and Billing Support
Verify rent rolls, billing adjustments, and tenant charges (rent, utilities, common area maintenance, etc.).
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate invoicing and collection.
Reconcile lease-related financial data and assist in preparing monthly/quarterly reports.
3. Compliance and Legal Coordination
Ensure all leasing documentation adheres to company standards and legal requirements.
Liaise with legal counsel to resolve lease discrepancies or disputes.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
4. Tenant and Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a liaison between tenants, property managers, and the leasing team.
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and support the leasing process from negotiation to
occupancy.
Support marketing and leasing initiatives by coordinating documentation and administrative logistics.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
