Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely response to technical issues.
Conduct routine inspections of apartments to identify, document, and resolve maintenance concerns.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.
Excellent organizational skills ability to manage and train a team effectively.
Knowledge of UAE leasing regulations
Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with potential residents.
Prepare and execute lease agreements in accordance with company policies.
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new residents.
Residential & Commercial real estate leasing experience
Manage emergency repairs efficiently to minimize tenant inconvenience.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies, ensuring cost-effective procurement
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisor role within real estate, or facilities management.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to maintenance issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and emergency call-outs.
Must be available to start immediately.
