MEP Engineer cum AMC (Annual Maintenance) Supervisor
to manage and supervise maintenance work for our clients. The role involves taking care of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, ensuring all equipment and services are running smoothly. The candidate will handle maintenance teams, schedule regular inspections, respond to breakdowns, and make sure all work is completed on time and to good quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC) maintenance activities.
Plan and schedule regular preventive maintenance for all systems and equipment.
Attend to emergency breakdowns and ensure quick repair and restoration of services.
Monitor and lead the maintenance team (technicians, helpers, etc.) to complete daily tasks.
Inspect sites regularly to ensure proper functioning of all MEP installations.
Maintain service records, checklists, and maintenance reports for all sites.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spare parts and maintenance materials.
Communicate with clients regarding AMC schedules, complaints, and service updates.
Ensure all maintenance work follows safety procedures and quality standards.
Support testing, commissioning, and minor project work as required.
Track and control maintenance expenses within the approved budget.
Report equipment performance and suggest improvements for better efficiency
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of MEP systems -- HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting
Experience in
quotation making
, cost estimation, and preparing AMC proposals
Ability to prepare maintenance schedules and work reports
Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Team supervision and time management abilities
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or ability to read MEP drawings
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and maintenance management software (if applicable)
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
