Responsible for leasing the vacant units/properties and achieving the high occupancy percentage for all company owned building Negotiate and convincing the tenants Achieve the monthly leasing target set by the management Managing the portfolio of rental properties Managing the related marketing functions like, media advertising and network promotion Improve the market competitive strategy through market research and analysis Complete knowledge of lease applications and verification as per UAE standard Must have experience in Sharjah and Ajman Ral estate Market To maintain the records of customer details / sales visits in the Orient. Identify the potential customers and register opportunities leading to revenue for the company. Identify the marketing Channel and maintaining ads. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
