About the job Job description Flaming Phenix Real Estate is looking for established Real Estate Agents who currently work in sales or leasing in Dubai real estate market and are looking for a new challenge on a commission. If you have a real estate background experience with strong sales skills is welcome to apply. Requirements: A graduate in any field or at least possess a high school diploma/certificate Should have solid knowledge and understanding of the UAE property market Excellent communication skills Customer relations expertise Holds a valid UAE or international driving license RERA Certification is an advantage Computer literate is a must 1 yr experience in real estate Proven sales track record Responsibilities: Liaise with clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking Maintain regular contact with developers, investors, and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones via calls, emails, letters, and meeting Attend property viewings with prospective clients Follow up with leads Research potential business to secure buildings, projects, developments, apartments, and villas that are for sale Advice and discuss various opportunities for property services Source property inventories from property owners and real estate agents Complete details of properties which include photo shoots, an arrangement of viewings, showing the property to prospective clients, etc. Attend property-related events such as exhibitions, property launches, presentations, and seminars.
