Key Responsibilities:

Support daily leasing operations and accurately prepare contract documents. Coordinate effectively with prospective and existing clients, addressing their inquiries with high professionalism.

Build strong client relationships and effectively manage expectations.

Continuously manage and update the leasing database. Assist in preparing periodic leasing-related reports. Ensure full compliance with all leasing policies, procedures, and relevant local regulations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:

Leasing Operations: 2 years (Required) MS Office Suit: 2 years (Required) Basic Accounting: 2 years (Required) Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
Language:

English (Required) Arabic (Preferred) Urdu (Preferred)
License/Certification:

* Real Estate Certification (Preferred)
