Job Description

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled LMS Specialist to join a dynamic and fast-paced Real Estate company in Dubai.
If you have a proven track record of designing, developing, and managing 20+ e-learning courses per month, we want to hear from you.
This role demands hands-on experience with Talent LMS, Articulate Rise, and similar platforms. You will be instrumental in expanding the digital learning ecosystem across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Course Development & Design
Create high-impact e-learning courses using Articulate Rise and SCORM/xAPI standards
Manage user roles, course enrollments, and automate workflows such as reminders and nudges
Develop structured learning paths aligned with business KPIs
Content Updates & Quality Assurance
Partner with subject matter experts to update and improve course content
Test and troubleshoot e-learning modules before launch
Ensure quality instructional design and user engagement
Pacing & Productivity
Deliver 3-4 polished courses weekly
Oversee multiple project timelines simultaneously with effective tracking tools
Reporting & Data Analysis
Track learner progress, course completions, and retention rates
Prepare and share actionable reports with stakeholders
Requirements:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in an LMS-focused role
Proven ability to create and launch 20+ e-learning courses monthly
Strong expertise in LMS platforms, especially Talent LMS, Articulate Rise, and SCORM standards
Experience thriving in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
Digital literacy and design sensibility, familiar with tools like PowToon or Canva
Background in education, training, marketing, or instructional design is advantageous
Currently based in the UAE
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
