Job Description

This role combines strategic insight with hands-on execution, ensuring learning initiatives are relevant, practical, and impactful for our teams across the Gulf region.


You'll be a trusted partner to business leaders and HR, driving practical solutions and continuous improvement and designing and delivering learning experiences that are inclusive and culturally sensitive.


Ideally based in Dubai, this role will be conducted on a hybrid basis.



Key responsibilities:



Ensure all learning solutions are designed to enhance customer experience and business performance. Proactively seek out and implement innovative learning technologies and practices to drive continuous improvement Assess learning needs with business leaders and HR Align learning solutions with business priorities Support annual learning plan execution Promote a culture of continuous learning Report on learning activities and outcomes Work collaboratively with business leaders, HR, and internal teams to ensure alignment of learning solutions with organizational goals. Facilitate and deliver training sessions (virtual/in-person) Develop and adapt learning content using e-learning tools Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders Encourage adoption of digital learning platforms Creating and adapting learning materials using modern e-learning tools.

Skills and experience required:



We'll need an experienced Learning professional with broad knowledge of learning interventions, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to design and develop innovative digital/AI enabled solutions.



A background in an HR or Learning Development, with full learning cycle involvement. Proven ability to deliver and facilitate training for adult learners (in-person and virtual). Skilled in creating/adapting learning materials using e-learning tools. Fluency in English. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning development tools. Willingness to travel within the Gulf region when needed (10% Travel time) Collaborative, proactive, and hands-on attitude.

Also desired:



Proficiency in Arabic preferred but not essential Understanding of insurance business models and sales processes. Certifications (DISC, Coaching, or similar L&D). Experience with advanced e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Easy Generator, Synthesia, AI-powered content creation). Experience in video production and interactive e-learning content.
