Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to solve real-world business problems. Work closely with backend teams to integrate AI features into production environments (Python/Django). Train and fine-tune models for NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, or recommendation engines. Develop APIs and services to expose AI capabilities using RESTful architectures. Analyze large data sets, extract insights, and optimize models for performance and accuracy. Research, prototype, and implement cutting-edge AI/ML algorithms. Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, designers, and product managers. Monitor and troubleshoot AI models in production, including retraining and drift detection.

Requirements:

2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development. Strong Python programming skills with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy. Experience with data processing pipelines and working with large datasets. Proficient in deploying models using Docker, REST APIs, and cloud environments (AWS preferred). Understanding of MLOps and experience in CI/CD pipelines for AI deployments. Strong command over SQL/Postgres and familiarity with NoSQL or real-time databases like Firebase is a plus. Experience in developing or supporting multi-tenant systems and subdomain routing. Solid foundation in statistics, mathematics, and deep learning architectures.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience with frontend frameworks (ReactJS) or mobile development (React Native / Flutter). Familiarity with serverless architectures and AWS Lambda. Experience with NLP frameworks (e.g., spaCy, HuggingFace Transformers) or computer vision tools (OpenCV). Ability to lead small teams or mentor junior developers.
