The L&D is crucial for the success of the academy. This role identifies training needs, designs modules, lessons and delivery methods with the respective functions along with on-the-job upskilling measurements in line with each department's unique clients' journeys

The L&D Specialist is also responsible for the LMS platforms (and other platforms and systems that will be initiated) to upload, schedule, assess, dashboard and reporting.

The L&D Specialist will design well-rounded real estate knowledge transfer modules for the internal stakeholders (PSI teams) and for the external audience (paid courses for individuals and agreements with the concerned authorities, individuals and firms. Passionate about helping people learn and grow their careers,

the L&D Specialist will excel at identifying the current and future skills required, creating engaging and innovative learning interventions to meet the diverse needs of the organization development.

RESPONSIBILITIES



01.

Identifies training needs and carries out capability assessments across PSI.

02.

Helps business functions' Line Managers identify the skills required for their team members through career pathing and clients' journeys in order to develop the learning modules.

03.

Creates flexible and innovative learning courses.

04.

Designs blended learning modules, lessons and delivery methods.

05.

Creates flexible and innovative learning courses.

06.

Develops assessments based on impact-measurement with different methodologies.

07.

Researches and applies different learning theories to ensure that staff get the best out of their development and that they excel at their jobs.

08.

Designs a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and leadership programs.

09.

Supports the ToT programs.

10.

Responsible for the entire LMS and other platforms administration including scheduling, assigning modules, uploads, assessments, analytics, dashboards and reporting.

11.

Creates and develops workflows & all clients' journeys on LMS and other platforms.

12.

Deliver identified learning programs to custom target audience of behavioral and system skills based on business needs.

13.

Benchmark good practices, both internally and externally and recommend solutions to address identified needs related to talent development and employee engagement

14.

Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring "safe systems of work" and "safe conditions" are in place within area of responsibility.

15.

Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent

Experience:



?

+7 years of experience Human Resource/Training/Training role.

C



Skills and Competencies:



?

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

?

Extremely organized and detail oriented

?

Thorough understanding of L&D processes.

?

Ability to design different learning methods and mapping them with related impact assessments.

?

Identifies number of training needs identified and addressed annually.

?

Identifies percentage of employees assessed for capability annually.

?

Identifies number of skill gaps identified and addressed.

?

Creates employee satisfaction rate with learning courses.

?

Designs number of blended learning modules created.

?

Develops effectiveness of assessments measured by improvement in skill gaps.

?

Responsible for Smooth operation of the LMS as measured by user feedback.

?

Effectiveness of delivered programs measured by participant feedback and improvement in performance.

?

Increase in talent development and employee engagement as a result of implemented solutions.
