Odoo Middle East DWC is seeking a bilingual (English and Arabic) Learning and Development Officer with a experience in teaching, instruction, psychology, education, or coaching. Candidates with knowledge of Odoo, ERP systems, or business processes are strongly preferred. Responsibilities

Assist with onboarding and continuous development of new hires, enhancing their understanding of Odoo's software and services Design, implement, and evaluate engaging training programs in alignment with departmental needs and objectives Collaborate with various teams to support ongoing development initiatives, encouraging a proactive and adaptive learning environment Conduct training sessions and workshops on Odoo software and ERP-related topics, utilizing a clear, structured approach Assist with onboarding and continuous development of new hires, enhancing their understanding of Odoo's software and services Monitor and assess training effectiveness, making adjustments to enhance program impact and learner engagement

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Education, Psychology, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic Strong familiarity with software products, knowledge of ERP systems or business processes is a significant asset Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and coaching Ability to think creatively and adaptively, with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset Experience in Workshop design and delivery #

Nice to have

Prior experience in online content creation or e-learning platforms Proficiency in additional languages. (Turkish, Russian, Urdu, Kurdish) * Coaching/Training Certifications
