Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our team in the real estate sector. The L&D Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of learning principles, training methodologies, and industry-specific knowledge related to real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Training Programs:

Create and implement engaging training materials and e-learning modules tailored to the real estate industry

Conduct Sessions:

Deliver workshops, seminars, and training for employees at all levels using effective methods

Assess Needs:

Identify skill gaps, set training priorities, and align objectives with management

Evaluate Impact:

Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics

Manage LMS:

Ensure platforms and materials are up-to-date and accessible

Ensure Compliance:

Align programs with industry regulations and company policies

Career Growth:

Support employee development with coaching, mentoring, and career planning.?

Admin Tasks:

Keep training records, schedule sessions, and manage logistics

Qualifications:

Minimum of

3-5 years

of experience in L&D, preferably within the real estate industry Strong knowledge of learning principles, training methodologies, and real estate industry practices Excellent presentation and communication skills Proficiency in using LMS and other e-learning tools Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess training effectiveness
