The purpose of this role is to leverage the HR Development functions and support the overall business strategy. This role will help ensuring that the organizational Learning & Development activities are supporting the growth of employees.
In this role you will be responsible to plan, coordinate, administer and deliver Learning and Development activities relating to colleague development across all entities.
Ensure that Learning & Development processes and standards are consistent across all entities and identify and implement best practice wherever identified
Support the Learning and Development Manager in completing the annual learning and development needs analysis, developing the annual learning plan and conducting regular and annual evaluation
Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning & e-learning
Organize training by preparing training logistics and collecting feedback
Conducting training needs analyses (TNA\xe2\x80\x99s) and audits of the line departments to identify business problems that can be addressed by specific learning solutions.
Align and follow the learning and development process standards in the planning, administration, delivery and evaluation of Learning and Development activities
Support the Learning and Development Manager in ensuring that the business unit are meeting all its learning and development targets and objectives
Work under the direction of the Learning and Development manager to design and develop learning experiences that satisfy identified operational needs within the business units
Communicate information about learning events in a timely and professional manner to ensure the business is kept up to date about learning and development activities
Carry out entity wide effective learning experiences on a range of relevant subjects
Develop and facilitate the internal departmental facilitator accreditation program
Work on supporting Emiratisation programs, ensuring their Learning and Development Plans are effectively implemented
Conduct entity, business unit and departmental reviews and monitor the effectiveness of departmental learning and departmental facilitators and provide assistance where deemed necessary
Regularly meet, coach, support and motivate internal facilitators to ensure they are supported in meeting the on-the-job training requirements of their departments
Coordinate every aspect of the Learning Management System (LMS)
Generate timely and relevant reports on learning and development activities
Support entity-wide HR and Engagement initiatives
Represent the Learning and Development Team at internal and external meetings/workshops when authorised by Learning and Development Manager
Manage the Performance Management Cycle and deliver relevant training courses to support the process.
Tracking Performance Management and provide consistent development reports to the management.
Providing assistance to all divisions with setting Performance objectives and advice the management on progress.
Support the overall Development function requirements to ensure the delivery of the overall function strategy.
Contribute to L&D department events & activities
Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management team
