Rixos Hotel Marina Abu Dhabi is currently seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our 5 Star Luxury team as Learning & Development Executive which will add a unique and delightful element to our guests\' experience.

What you will be doing:

\xc2\xb7 Develop and deliver training programs for various departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and more.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and areas for improvement.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with department heads to tailor training programs to specific job roles.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

\xc2\xb7 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.

Your experience and skills include:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in training and development within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in using training software and tools.

\xc2\xb7 Certification in training and development is a plus.
