Learning Designer . Job Purpose : The Senior Learning Designer develops high-quality learning experiences for faculty, healthcare professionals, and employees by identifying the needs, consulting with stakeholders, designing, implementing, and evaluating strategic solutions that contribute to the development of the educational offerings in higher education and the healthcare sector. Responsibilities : Conducts needs analyses using appropriate instruments for mission critical programs in order to shape the design and development of the learning experiences. Designs the learning experiences using evidence-based educational practices. Develops engaging learning content including scripting, audio recording, video shooting using technology and team resources to support the learning experiences. Implements, monitors and evaluates the success of the learning experiences through structured feedback mechanisms. Participates in the delivery and facilitation of learning experiences to ensure optimized learning. Develops policies governing educational practices within Dubai Health by conducting benchmarking exercises to ensure we are aligned with best practices in the field. Ensures that learning experiences are aligned to CAA and CPD standards and other relevant governing bodies. Experience : 3 to 5 years of prior experience as a learning designer, instructional designer, course developer, facilitator, or a teacher. Seniority level
