Job Overview
As a Learning and Development Trainer at MAF Entertainment, you will be responsible for designing, facilitating, and evaluating engaging learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences. You will deliver sessions both virtually and on-site across the region, support onboarding and competency development, and apply modern learning methodologies to enhance employee skills and retention.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop solutions aligned with business goals
• Deliver onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training programs for new and existing employees
• Create instructional materials, guides, and multimedia content to support diverse learning needs
• Facilitate training across various formats, including in-person sessions and virtual classrooms
• Adapt materials and methods to different cultural and educational backgrounds
• Implement tools to evaluate training effectiveness and provide coaching to reinforce learning
• Maintain documentation and feedback records for continuous program improvement
• Travel as needed across the GCC region to deliver consistent learning experiences

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the entertainment, leisure, or hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of instructional design and digital learning tools
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage learners at all levels
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally for training delivery
• Creative mindset and passion for employee development
