Identify training and development needs through job analysis, site observations, performance appraisals, and consultations with line managers.
Develop site-specific training plans aligned with project and organizational requirements.
2. Training Program Design & Delivery
Design, develop, and implement training programs (technical, soft skills, compliance, safety, leadership).
Coordinate mandatory safety and compliance training for site employees.
Deliver induction and onboarding sessions for new hires at project sites.
3. Learning Management & Coordination
Manage training schedules, venues, trainers, and resources at construction sites.
Collaborate with external training providers, institutes, and certification bodies.
Maintain and update Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training records.
4. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and site performance improvements.
Recommend enhancements to improve learning outcomes and employee productivity.
Ensure alignment of training initiatives with industry standards (OSHA, NEBOSH, UAE Labor Law, etc.).
5. Employee Development & Engagement
Support employee career development through learning pathways and mentorship.
Promote a culture of continuous learning within site teams.
Assist in succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
6. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure training programs comply with UAE labor law and construction regulations.
Prepare periodic reports on training metrics, participation, and impact.
Maintain accurate training records for audits and certifications.
