Design, develop, and curate a wide range of learning content, including leadership development, soft skills training, technical skills training, and compliance modules.
Utilize instructional design principles to create effective and engaging learning materials (e.g., e-learning modules, facilitator guides, presentations, job aids, videos).
Source and manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants when necessary
Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions across various formats e.g. in-person workshops.
Manage all training programs, including scheduling, communications, venue setup, and materials preparation.
Implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness and business impact of training programs.
Analyze feedback and learning metrics to continuously improve and iterate on L&D offerings.
Prepare and present regular reports on L&D activities, participation, and outcomes.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and self-directed development across the organization.
Support the launch and management of mentorship, coaching, and peer-to-peer learning initiatives.
Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in L&D and adult learning.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years in a dedicated Learning & Development role.
