Collaborate with department heads to design relevant training programs.
Program Development & Delivery:
Develop and deliver engaging training modules for topics such as sales techniques, negotiation, real estate laws, CRM systems, customer service, and soft skills.
Create e-learning materials, presentations, and manuals tailored to real estate practices.
Onboarding & Induction:
Design and conduct structured onboarding programs for new hires.
Introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and operational procedures.
Performance Monitoring & Evaluation:
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
Continuously improve training strategies based on outcomes.
Compliance & Industry Standards:
Ensure all training programs comply with local real estate regulations (e.g., RERA in Dubai).
Keep the team updated on market trends, legal changes, and best practices.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate training records, schedules, and attendance logs.
Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and ROI.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
Minimum
2-4 years
of L&D or training experience, preferably in real estate or sales-driven industries.
Knowledge of real estate processes, regulations, and customer management.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
