Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop social service packages based on priorities for strategic entities and partners to provide support and funding through social responsibility activities and programs to meet the requirements of the social agenda, and monitor the receipts and expenditures of social contributions and zakat funds, their disbursements, and the impact they have achieved.
Tasks and Responsibilities Prepare and develop social service packages and prioritize social projects based on community needs, the objectives, and the social agenda, with the aim of marketing them to companies and entities wishing to provide support. Identify and evaluate the social responsibility initiatives and programs that aim to develop the social sector in the Emirate of Dubai in cooperation with private entities and the third sector, and submit recommendations to foster relationships and partnerships. Coordinate communication with partners to build working relationships, open up areas for contribution, and participate in funding programs and initiatives. Seek attractive financing opportunities and obtain the financial and non-financial support required to implement social initiatives and projects. Conduct impact studies of joint initiatives and projects with partners, analyze them, and evaluate them based on approved objectives, and identify challenges and risks with the aim of making recommendations for corrective action. Follow up on the signing of memoranda of understanding with entities supporting initiatives and projects and participate in developing the financial plan for financing approved projects with external parties and follow up on their implementation. Provide support to departments in special social responsibility initiatives and programs and provide the necessary data and information in promising partnerships with specialized entities to provide support and funding. Monitor and record community contributions and zakat funds, their expenditures, and the beneficiary groups to demonstrate their societal impact.
