About the Role

As the Lead Software Developer, you will be a key player in our technology team, responsible for spearheading the development and delivery of one of our new ventures in the digital asset space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• To lead the end-to-end development process of our virtual asset custody platform, from design to deployment.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to digital custodian platforms and blockchain technology.

About you

• Proven experience as a software developer with expertise in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in programming and MVC design patterns and familiarity with current frameworks.
• You have experience working in environments where software deployment, scaling, and management are automated using tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• You are an advocate of test-driven development
• You have hands-on experience with HSM, cryptography, and blockchain technology.
• You know how to operate a secure development life cycle
• Familiarity with digital custodian platforms, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a development team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
• You hold a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in computer science with outstanding academic results.
