Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Lead ServiceNow Developer (ITSM, ITOM, H&S)
with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and H&S modules. TheLead ServiceNow Developer (ITSM, ITOM, H&S)
will be responsible for configuring and customizing ServiceNow H&S applications while ensuring solutions align with business and architectural requirements.Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize
ServiceNow H&S
applications, including Incident, Hazard, Inspections, and Risk Assessments modules Develop and enhance forms, workflows, dashboards, and notifications Implement and manage role-based access controls (ACLs) Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutionsRequired Skills & Qualifications
3-6 years of hands-on
ServiceNow development
experience Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio Experience with Flow Designer, App Engine, and Service PortalServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
certification required Primary skills: ITSM, ITOM, H&S Secondary skills: JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (Glide API)Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED28,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
Experience:
CSA: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
