The Role

Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to configure and customize ServiceNow Health & Safety (H&S) modules, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and business requirements. Primary Skills o ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, H&S o Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities Secondary Skills o JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Glide API) Key Responsibilities o Configure H&S applications (incident, hazard, inspections, risk assessments) o Build forms, workflows, dashboards, and notifications o Implement role-based access controls (ACLs) o Collaborate with architects and business analysts to deliver solutions



Requirements

3-6 years of ServiceNow development experience o Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio o Experience with Flow Designer, App Engine, and Service Portal o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory)
