Job Description

A multinational enterprise specializing in digital transformation and enterprise service management is currently seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to configure and customize ServiceNow H&S modules, ensuring alignment with architecture and business requirements.
Responsibilities:

Configure H&S applications (incident, hazard, inspections, risk assessments)
Build forms, workflows, dashboards, and notifications
Implement role-based access controls (ACLs)
Collaborate with architect and BA to deliver solutions

Qualifications and Skills:

3-6 years ServiceNow development experience
Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow Studio
Experience with Flow Designer, App Engine, Service Portal
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required
