Job Description
Job Type: Contract (Long Term) Responsibilities: 1. Salesforce Development:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Customize and extend Salesforce functionalities to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and external applications.
- Implement and optimize data migration strategies between Salesforce and other systems.
- Contribute to the overall system architecture and design decisions.
- Collaborate with the architecture team to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the Salesforce platform.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce
- Provide support and guidance to end-users and other team members.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 5 years of hands-on development experience.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
- Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
