We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team to ensure our company capitalizes on the benefits offered by this innovative CRM system. He/She is responsible for delivering systems and enhancements developed from established requirements. The developer should have experience implementing Salesforce.com functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison with business stakeholders. The role will require working closely with business stakeholders, the implementation team and integration/development, and quality assurance teams.
Design and develop salesforce components using APEX code, LWC, and SFDC API. Conduct Code reviews.
Configure and maintain Salesforce instances via declarative tools, including workflows, process builders, reports, and dashboards.
Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products
Provide a detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions, along with the creation of technical documentation. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
Follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
Share best practices and be consultative to business stakeholders throughout the duration of the project – act as a trusted partner
May be required to lead project meetings with stakeholders
Gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating them into features and requirements
Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign
Collaborate with a team of Salesforce Developers to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs
Understanding that features need to be built with the entire system in mind and can think ahead and outside the box of what the completed system will look like to ensure a complete end-to-end workflow
Provide current best practices and third-party solution alternatives from the AppExchange
Requirements
Detailed understanding of Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components.
Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and its features.
Understanding of devops best practices and deployments.
knowledge or Copado a plus.
Must demonstrate a strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Must demonstrate a strong ability to design solutions based on functional requirements
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects
Experience with agile methodology and Jira
Experience in large call center deployment
Must have 1 or more below certificates:
Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) Certification
Salesforce Advanced Developer Certification
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
