These are the skills needed for the job of Lead Real Estate Projects Coordinator. In this job you will supervise through subordinates up to 20 subcontract employees, coordinate diverse activities within a functional area, and plan work and administer policies. Dealing with project designs, construction, and renovations are also a part of the job. An undergraduate degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Business Administration is required, along with 5 years of project management experience encompassing facility construction, remodeling or management experience.
