Job Description

1. Procurement Management

Lead and manage the full procurement cycle, from sourcing to purchase order issuance. Obtain and evaluate quotations for materials, subcontracting works, and specialized services. Ensure compliance with project budgets, timelines, and quality requirements.

2. Vendor & Subcontractor Management

Identify, evaluate, and maintain a reliable vendor and subcontractor database. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on material availability, quality, and price trends. Develop strong working relationships with suppliers for long-term collaboration and cost benefits.

3. Cost Control & Negotiation

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best commercial value. Conduct cost analyses to support management decisions. Ensure procurement aligns with project BOQs, specifications, and approved budgets.

4. Documentation & Process Compliance

Prepare and maintain procurement logs, comparison sheets, RFQs, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements. Ensure all procurement processes follow internal SOPs and industry best practices. Coordinate with QS, engineering, and project teams to verify technical compliance of materials and services.

5. Coordination & Communication

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to understand procurement priorities. Monitor vendor performance and handle any procurement-related issues. Coordinate material deliveries to site and ensure timely availability of critical items.

6. Risk Management

Identify potential procurement risks and propose mitigation plans. Ensure suppliers meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

7. Reporting

Prepare weekly procurement progress reports for management review. Highlight procurement delays, cost variations, and critical risks.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
