Job Role: Lead \xe2\x80\x93 Network Portfolio Engagement Job Type: Full Time Location: Mumbai What will you do?
Deliver revenue targets, improve conversion & drive adoption of InstaCred across our network of Lenders & Merchants Key Skills:

Deliver revenue targets, improve conversion & drive adoption of InstaCred across our network of Lenders & Merchants Key Skills:
- Work with key lenders and merchants on our client\xe2\x80\x99s product network to deliver Revenue Plan for the year
- Design and continuously evolve a Strong Customer Lifecycle strategy to drive our client\xe2\x80\x99s product adoption
- Work with partners to stitch together Offers and Programs to drive Network Consumption
- Responsible for creating Segmentation and customer targeting strategies
- Work closely with Merchant team to source Merchant offers and effectively use these to drive Activation Targets
- Enhance campaign effectiveness by developing better campaigns and models Build a robust Test & Control infrastructure
- Work closely with Internal Stakeholders to delivery results - Product, Engineering, Analytics & Merchant Teams
- Actively work with Lenders (Partner Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies) to execute Targeted Campaigns with the objective of Activating our client\xe2\x80\x99s product lines to gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions
- Closely monitor Sales at Partner Merchants and leverage Partner Merchant Assets to deliver conversion targets
- Design and execute Anti-Attrition and Retention initiatives
What we look for?
- 7-8 years of relevant experience in Finance / Banking Industry
- Track record of managing roles in Portfolio / Product Management functions of Card / Payment Product
- Strong understanding of Banking, Consumption or Payments Industry
- Should possess the ability to collaborate with external partners and work on joint programs to deliver revenue targets
- Should have excellent data interpretation abilities
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel is a must
- Should have prior experience in running and evaluating user campaigns
- Should be a good communicator & must possess excellent presentation skills
- Must have excellent inter-personal skills
- Solution oriented. Candidate needs to be Goal Focussed with a strong ability to provide solutions to achieve set Goals/Targets.
