Job Description

Manage and organize all incoming leads from portals, social media, and other sources. Assign leads to the appropriate agents and track their progress. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information. Follow up with clients to ensure timely responses and lead conversion. Generate daily and weekly lead reports for management. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality. Handle inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements:



Previous experience in real estate or customer service preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of CRM systems and online property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.) is an advantage. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
