Key Responsibilities
Supervise steel fabrication operations and manage factory manpower efficiently.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings accurately to ensure correct execution.
Ensure welding, cutting, and assembly work meets quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with engineers and other team members to achieve production targets.
Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to workers to maintain optimal productivity.
Maintain proper use and regular maintenance of tools, machines, and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Higher Secondary with relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of
AutoCAD
for reading and interpreting fabrication drawings.
Proven experience in steel fabrication, welding, and assembly processes.
Ability to manage and control manpower effectively.
Familiarity with factory operations, production processes, and safety standards.
Salary Package:
QAR 2,500 - 3,000
Accommodation & Transportation: Provided by the company
