Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns focused on
off-plan real estate lead generation
Generate qualified leads through
landing pages
Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies
Continuously optimize creatives, copy, and funnels to improve CPL and conversion rates
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports
Stay updated with Meta ad policies and real estate advertising best practices
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of hands-on experience
in real estate lead generation
Proven results
running Meta ad campaigns for
off-plan properties
Strong experience driving traffic to
landing pages
and optimizing conversion rates
Solid understanding of the
UAE real estate market
Ability to demonstrate past performance
Strong analytical and optimization skills
Ability to manage ad budgets efficiently
Must be
currently based in Dubai
