About the Role:

We're seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with proven expertise in running performance campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the crypto or gaming industry and understands how to reach niche digital audiences, optimize ROAS, and navigate platform restrictions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

-Manage end-to-end performance marketing strategies tailored to crypto or gaming audiences.

-Develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing page briefs to drive user acquisition and engagement.

-Analyze ad performance, A/B test creatives, and continuously improve conversion metrics.

-Ensure compliance with ad policies related to Forex/Crypto/iGaming.

-Coordinate with design, content, and product teams to align campaigns with brand and user journey.

-Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies.

-Report on KPIs and campaign results with actionable insights and optimization strategies.

Requirements:

-2-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Meta Ads.

-Prior experience marketing for crypto exchanges, tokens, DeFi, Web3 products or iGaming platforms.

-Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.

-Ability to create high-performing campaign structures, custom audiences, and conversion funnels.

-Understanding of compliance and advertising policies for high-risk verticals.

-Strong communication and collaboration skills.

-Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have:

-Experience with other platforms (Google Ads, Twitter/X Ads, TikTok, programmatic).

-Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer campaigns in crypto/gaming.

-Familiarity with blockchain terminology, NFTs, or in-game monetization.
