You will be responsible for identifying and attracting potential clients who may be interested in purchasing or leasing commercial properties. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead-generation strategies to attract potential clients.
- Use a variety of marketing tactics to generate leads, including advertising, networking, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Utilize data analytics and other technologies to identify potential clients based on their demographics, behavior, and interests.
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, gather additional information about potential clients\' needs and preferences, and convert leads into customers.
- Provide information about available properties, schedule property tours, and negotiate lease or purchase agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and sales activities in our CRM system.
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead-generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
