We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing digital marketing strategies aimed at driving lead generation, enhancing customer engagement, and optimizing campaign performance. This role requires hands-on experience with social media, advertising platforms, and CRM tools tailored to real estate marketing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads through digital platforms.
Create and optimize remarketing funnels to re-engage potential buyers and clients.
Social Media Marketing & Paid Campaigns.
Manage and execute paid social media campaigns, including boosting posts, Meta Ads, and sponsored content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and optimize ad performance for maximum ROI.
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
Design and send engaging email campaigns targeting specific client segments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
Proven expertise in managing Meta Ads, sponsored campaigns, and remarketing strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite.
