Are you a creative digital marketer with a passion for real estate? We're looking for a

Lead Generation & Social Media Executive

to join our dynamic team and help drive growth in Dubai's competitive property market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at social media marketing, and understands the nuances of lead generation in the UAE real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Develop and execute lead generation strategies using social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and landing pages. Optimize campaigns to attract high-quality real estate leads for both off plan and Secondary residential properties. Maintain accurate lead databases and ensure smooth handover to the sales team for follow-up.

Social Media Analytics:

Design basic visuals, posters, reels covers, story templates, and ad creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Develop a monthly posting calendar in coordination with the marketing team. Analyze and report social media performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and suggest improvements.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment across campaigns. Stay updated on property launches, offers, and market trends to reflect in content and lead strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing and lead generation, ideally within the UAE real estate market. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate landscape and local buyer behavior. Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Results-driven mindset with the ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
