About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Lead Generation Executive to join our Dubai-based team, supporting a UK-recognised training provider.
This role is focused on outbound B2B calling -- contacting UK businesses to introduce our apprenticeship and professional training programmes, identify potential interest, and hand over qualified leads to the senior sales and enrolment team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to UK businesses across multiple sectors
Introduce training and apprenticeship programmes and qualify employer interest
Record outcomes and track progress accurately in Zoho CRM
Follow up with warm leads and re-engage lapsed employers from marketing lists
Book appointments or call-backs for the senior sales team
Achieve daily call targets and weekly lead generation goals
Work closely with the UK marketing and senior enrolment teams
Ideal Candidate
At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, telesales, or lead generation
Confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking to business decision-makers
Professional phone manner with the ability to handle objections
Organised, consistent, and motivated by achieving daily targets
Experience using CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce preferred)
Able to work UK hours (8am-4pm UAE time) Monday to Friday
