Working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, you will leverage your expertise to ensure seamless integration, efficient utilization, and maximum value extraction from the HRIS platform. *Responsibilities:* 1. **Project Leadership:** - Lead end-to-end HRIS implementation projects, from initial planning to post-implementation support. - Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline. 2. **Requirements Analysis:** - Conduct thorough analysis of client HR processes to define system requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications for configuration and customization of the HRIS platform. 3. **Configuration and Customization:** - Oversee the configuration and customization of the HRIS system based on business needs. - Ensure that the system aligns with best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements. 4. **Testing and Quality Assurance:** - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and ensure data integrity. - Collaborate with testing teams to address and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth implementation process. 5. **Training and User Adoption:** - Design and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring a high level of system adoption. - Provide ongoing support and address user inquiries to enhance overall user experience. 6. **Change Management:** - Implement effective change management strategies to minimize resistance and maximize the success of HRIS initiatives. - Work closely with HR and organizational leaders to ensure a smooth transition to new HR processes and technologies. 7. **Documentation:** - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of HRIS configurations, processes, and user guides. - Keep abreast of industry trends and updates to inform continuous improvement initiatives. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a lead functional consultant in HRIS implementation projects. - In-depth knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and compliance requirements. - Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze complex issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions. - Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
