You serve as a business partner and counsel to the Lead Data Officer (LDO) with the explicit mandate to ensure value realization for data and analytics across SE through the development and oversight of an ambitious Data & Analytics (D&A) strategy. The individual is expected to be the interface across SE Business Units, Corporate Functions and Regions to support prioritization of data and analytics initiatives that generate the best outcomes for SE.

Your profile
- University degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Economics or related
- Experienced lead with background in strategy, operations, finance, digital, product and stakeholder management
- Experience working in a highly complex business environment with exposure to both centralized and federated budgeting and operations approaches
- Demonstrable experience in serving as an “air traffic controller” for the leader and the senior team
- Proven track record and in-depth knowledge of data monetization and value generation models
- Proven track record of leading high performing teams and mentoring talent
- Proven ability to identify and consider the needs of the whole enterprise, with ability to balance long term strategic goals vs. short term tactical business goals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to support the leader in C-Level and board presentations
- Passionate about data and analytics, and driving data value across all parts of an organization and ecosystems
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to establish and manage effective working relationships in a matrixed organizational structure
Your responsibilities
- Manage annual D&A operating planning process and assess the D&A strategy and prioritized initiatives against the business strategy and intent
- Partnering with stakeholders across the company to modernize investment and business case processes; as needed, researching, benchmarking, analyzing data, internal/external use cases and making recommendations
- Helping the LDO, EDAA, and SE organization identify the outcomes that require focus to drive value and impact for the organization
- Monitoring and overseeing large, often cross-functional organization-wide D&A projects or initiatives to ensure return of investment and execution on the program of works
- Ensuring meaningful insights and recommended actions for reviewing key performance indicators and SMART brand objectives
- Support building capabilities through organic, in-organic and key partner opportunities and contribute to strategic investment analysis
- Focus on team dynamics via streamlining communication, eliminating silos and driving the core purpose across the DNA of the organization (Make time, information, and decision-making more effective)
- Orchestrate the preparation of materials for key stakeholder meetings, including quarterly reviews and board meetings
