Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Lead Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Developer

to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, and close collaboration with business stakeholders to implement scalable, high-quality, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution design and technical delivery across

Dynamics 365 CE/CRM

and the

Microsoft Power Platform

. Build and customize

Power Apps

(Canvas & Model-Driven),

Power Automate

flows,

Power Pages

, and

Dataverse

configurations. Develop and maintain

plugins, workflows, web resources, and PCF controls

. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. Oversee

DevOps processes, solution lifecycle management, ALM practices, and CI/CD pipelines

. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior developers.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience

with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform development. Strong proficiency in

C#/.NET, JavaScript, Dataverse

, and

Azure integrations

. Proven experience with

solution architecture, ALM, and CI/CD pipelines

. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Arabic proficiency is mandatory.

Microsoft certifications such as

PL-400

PL-600

are preferred.
