As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers while actively contributing to the development of high-quality software applications. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Review and approve code quality to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development. Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project requirements and timelines. Estimate development efforts and allocate resources effectively. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues. Software Development: Develop high-quality software applications using PHP, Laravel, and Yii2 frameworks. Design and implement efficient and scalable software solutions. Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the development team. Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members. Resolve conflicts and ensure team alignment towards project goals. Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Provide technical support to other team members as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 7 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on PHP, Laravel, and Yii2. Proven ability to lead and mentor software development teams. Strong technical skills and understanding of software development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
