Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Lead Coordinator
to manage and streamline the flow of leads within our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring every lead is properly assigned, tracked, and followed up on, while supporting the sales consultants to maximize conversions and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming leads from multiple platforms (online portals, campaigns, social media, referrals, etc.).
Assign leads to sales consultants based on performance metrics, availability, and specialization.
Track lead progress through CRM systems to ensure timely follow-ups.
Monitor lead response time and conversion ratios, preparing reports for management.
Coordinate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality.
Maintain a database of all leads with complete and updated information.
Ensure smooth communication between the lead generation team and sales consultants.
Handle initial client inquiries when required, ensuring a professional first impression.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Previous experience in
real estate lead management, telesales, or CRM coordination
preferred.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools (PropSpace, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
