WhatsApp Lead Generation & Inventory Campaigns
Run
WhatsApp blasts
to landlords, potential leads, and internal databases.
Use creative strategies to attract off-market inventory and motivated sellers.
Assist in designing basic WhatsApp campaigns (templates, images, captions).
Coordinate follow-ups on blast responses and update the CRM accordingly.
Lead Qualification & Inside Sales (ISA)
Call incoming leads from portals, WhatsApp, or campaigns to
qualify interest

Ask discovery questions and pass warm leads to relevant agents.
Set appointments, schedule viewings, and maintain agent calendars.
Keep CRM updated with notes, status, and follow-up reminders.
Ideal Candidate:
1+ year experience in Dubai real estate admin, listings, or telesales.
Familiar with
Property Finder
, Bayut, Dubizzle, and real estate CMS platforms.
Strong written and spoken English; Arabic/Hindi is a plus.
Organized, tech-savvy, and results-driven.
Comfortable with cold outreach via WhatsApp and phone.
Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva) is an advantage.
