Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Lead Conversion & Hospital Liaison Specialist

to drive client acquisition and partnership development for our

homecare nursing and medical services

across the UAE.

This dual-role position involves converting digital inquiries from platforms such as Google, social media, and WhatsApp into active clients, while also building strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers for patient referrals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital settings within the UAE, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to generate business through both digital and clinical networks.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Lead Management & Conversion:



Monitor and respond promptly to inbound inquiries via Google, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms. Qualify leads by understanding client needs (e.g., nursing care, physiotherapy, elderly support) and convert them into service users. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools. Coordinate internally with the care team for smooth onboarding and scheduling of services. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and track ROI.

Hospital & Medical Facility Liaison:



Build and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and physicians at hospitals and clinics in the UAE. Promote our homecare services to healthcare professionals for referral of post-discharge patients or long-term care needs. Conduct in-person meetings or virtual presentations to educate hospital staff about available services. Identify and establish formal partnership opportunities with healthcare institutions. Stay updated on hospital policies and patient care trends relevant to homecare referrals.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, business, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a UAE hospital or medical facility in a business development, liaison, or patient care role. Experience with lead generation, digital communication, or sales is highly desirable. Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and patient discharge processes. Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. UAE driving license preferred (for hospital visits and meetings).

Preferred Background:



Experience working in or with departments such as case management, nursing coordination, or patient relations in hospitals like SEHA, DHA, Private Hospitals etc. Familiarity with home healthcare regulations and insurance processes in the UAE.
