FAB Digital, the team behind payit - the UAE's newest digital wallet - is looking for a passionate, driven, digital native to be a key part of driving growth on our digital platforms through innovation and product optimization. Our new team is committed to building innovative digital solutions, providing our customers with an exceptional experience.
You'll be in charge of everything from growth hacking to acquisition marketing to developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels - and have the remit to run things the best way you see fit. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will build the digital marketing function within our growing team, and work with marketing, design, engineering, and vendors to launch integrated campaigns, working with programmatic systems to ensure efficient delivery and optimisation.
Lead our digital marketing efforts.
Identify digital marketing initiatives, and set up channels and targets to track campaign performance
Devise, prioritise and run growth experiments
Lead generation, prospecting, user acquisition, pipeline/funnel optimisation
Running A/B tests and optimising for conversion
Identifying ways to capture users and quickly validating ideas
Writing engaging and insightful content to generate new leads
Working with internal teams on our brand image, perception, position and recognition
Promotion on social channels and other 3rd party sites
Managing website content and messaging
Tweaking ASO campaigns, and setting up, managing and tracking ROI
Tracking feedback from customers and communicating with the wider team.
Analysing data and user behaviour via analytics tools
Keeping the wider team up to date with digital marketing and growth hacking trends
Improving our search engine presence (SEO) and domain authority
Devising email campaigns, tracking performance, and optimising
You should have experience implementing and owning both Paid & Organic Search marketing; maximising leads generated while controlling the costs; and operating social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat.
Qualifications
Skills:
10+ years in digital marketing and acquisition marketing experience.
Extremely data driven when it comes to testing, measuring and analysing both quantitative and qualitative data to improve the metrics that matter.
Proven in at least two previous roles, ideally one of which should be in a start-up or company, and you should be able to demonstrate your ability to engage and grow an audience.
Experienced at digging into Google Analytics and working with data analysis tools
Familiar with marketing automation tools
Experience working within agile teams using lean practices
Creative with great verbal and written communication
Passionate about digital marketing and best practices
A self-starter that can prioritize and define scope of work, and accomplish tasks even when there are no clear requirements and direction
